By placing an order for one of these items, you are declaring that you are 18 years of age or over. These items must be used responsibly and appropriately. There are a number of measures in place to confirm that a customer is eligible to purchase an age restricted item. One of these measures is asking customers to provide a name, date of birth and address during checkout for the purchase of age-restricted products.

Our drivers and courier will ask for your year of birth at the point of delivery and will ask to see valid photo identification if the recipient is, or appears to be, under 25 years of age in line with their UK "challenge 25" policy. The delivery person will input your year of birth into their device and will not record any other information, take photographs of your ID document or be able to access your information once the delivery is complete. The year of birth is stored securely in our systems and will be deleted according to their retention policy.
