生煎包蒸煮方法及注意事項:
1. 生煎包可以分生煎同熟煎
2. 熟煎就係,用蒸籠大火蒸12分鐘,然後轉煎pan落油煎脆個底就可以啦,要多少少油煎
3. 生煎就係煎pan落油,然後落生煎包煎一煎個底,再加水至包底嘅三份一水位煮十分鐘,最後倒咗啲水再落油煎脆個底即可
4. 熟煎個包會靚仔啲生煎好食啲
5. 配是拉差原味辣椒醬一齊進食非常完美
注意事項⚠
1.油煎嗰時小心彈油焫親,熟煎嗰時倒水要小心成個包跌咗落嚟,最好帶住手套撳實個包先慢慢倒水
2. 未進食生煎包必須儲存-10度以上嘅冷凍櫃,可保存一個月
