Art & Dim Sum Delight: A Cultural Journey
Let us explore the art and Hong Kong cuisine in Manchester city. First, gather and enjoy Dim Sum at Only Yu restaurant at 12 noon. Then, a light walk to Manchester Art Gallery. You will have a guided tour on the day to see artworks from various galleries.
This event is funded by RSMP BNO Community Grants. The meal will be subsidised.
What you can see:
The building that houses Manchester Art Gallery has stood on the corner of Mosley Street and Princess Street for nearly 200 years, while the city has grown and changed around it.
They have collection of over 46,000 objects of fine art, decorative art, and costume, developed over 200 years and still growing.
