About the workshop:
A sound bath is a meditative experience during which participants are “bathed” in resonant sounds.
Traditional instruments like singing bowls not only bring you relaxing sounds, but also creates vibrations beneficial to physical and mental health. Our bodies are approximately 70% water, which is a good conductor and bring the sound waves all over the body, calibrating the frequency to a harmonious status. Studies have found that sound bath can help with stress, fatigue and depression symptoms.
Come and focus on the sound and your body, unplug from external stimuli, relax and recharge.
**Yoga mat will be provided. Feel free to bring eye pillow, blanket, and any things that make you feel cozy.
